The Role

You will manage your own section with confidence, maintain exceptional service standards, and contribute to a culture of professionalism and consistency on the floor.

Essential Experience & Skills

Service & Section Management

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in premium or high-volume dining

- Strong understanding of service sequence and timing

- Confident section ownership and table management

- Ability to anticipate guest needs and personalise the experience

Operational Strength

- Proficient with POS systems

- Strong food and beverage knowledge

- High attention to detail in table presentation and maintenance





- Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining composure

Availability

- Availability across evenings and weekends

- Current RSA & Food saftey certificate required
