Leeuwin Estate is one of the founding wineries of Margaret River, family-owned and awarded the 2026 WA Valuable Food Guide Regional Restaurant of the Year. Our restaurant offers a dining experience that reflects the estate itself: considered, seasonal and grounded in place.

We are seeking experienced waitstaff to join our front-of-house team.

The role

- Deliver attentive, polished service in a fine dining setting

- Guide guests through our menu and wine list with confidence and warmth

- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service

- Uphold the standards of presentation and hospitality for which the estate is known

About you

- Previous experience in fine dining or premium hospitality
- A genuine interest in wine,



or the eagerness to develop it

- Composure, discretion and an eye for detail

- Current RSA certificate (or willingness to obtain one)

- Availability across weekends and some public holidays
