/nWe’re seeking a Warehouse Administrator to support a busy, fast-moving warehouse operation in Erskine Park. This is an ongoing casual opportunity with an immediate start, offering full-time hours. You’ll handle customer and internal enquiries, track shipments, update systems, and support day-to-day administration—while also pitching in with hands-on warehouse tasks when required./n

Required Skills/n /n

- Experience in warehouse administration, logistics administration, transport administration, dispatch/inventory administration, or a combination of warehouse + admin duties

/n

- Strong customer service skills (confident on phone and email)

/n

- Clear communication and ability to liaise with warehouse staff, drivers, and customers

/n

- Accurate data entry and attention to detail

/n

- Able to multitask, prioritise, and work efficiently in a high-volume environment

/n

- Reliable, organised, and safety-focused

/n

- Full Australian working rights (citizens, permanent residents, or unrestricted work rights)

/n Nice to Have Skills/n /n





- Background in freight, transport, supply chain, distribution, or 3PL environments

/n

- Experience resolving delivery/shipment issues and following up PODs

/n

- Strong MS Office skills (Outlook/Excel) and ability to learn new systems quickly

/n Preferred Education and Experience/n /n

- Prior experience in a warehouse/logistics office environment is preferred

/n

- Certificate-level qualifications in Business/Administration are beneficial but not essential

/n Other Requirements/n /n

- Able to work in office in Erskine Park, NSW

/n

- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm (full-time hours on a casual contract)

/n

- Willing and able to complete hands-on warehouse duties, including manual handling and lifting boxes up to 35kg as required
