Patrolapart / Navarapart is looking for a practical, people-focused leader who can bring energy to the floor, improve the way work flows and make every despatch count.

About the role

Reporting to the General Manager – Operations, you will have the scope to lead, improve and deliver. You will build an engaged and accountable team, strengthen safety and stock accuracy, optimise picking and despatch, and improve freight performance. With more than 500 orders moving through the operation each day, your decisions will have an immediate impact on productivity, service and the customer experience.

Your impact

- Lead from the floor—coaching, supporting and developing the warehouse and despatch teams.
- Keep daily inbound, internal transfer and outbound workflows running accurately and on time.
- Champion a safety-first culture built on accountability, teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Strengthen carrier partnerships, negotiate competitive freight rates and monitor performance.
- Optimise bin locations, pick paths and batch or wave picking to improve speed and accuracy.




- Safeguard inventory accuracy through rolling stocktakes, effective replenishment and prompt discrepancy resolution.
- Find the root cause of issues, reduce waste and turn practical ideas into better ways of working.

You will thrive here if you

- Have proven management experience in a fast-moving warehouse or logistics workplace.
- Know how to motivate, mentor and develop operational teams.
- Lead with a practical, collaborative style and are comfortable working alongside your team.
- Bring sound judgement, strong organisation and a sharp eye for detail.
- Are confident using Microsoft Excel and ERP, inventory management or e-commerce systems.
- Take pride in accurate records, reliable processes and measurable results.
