About the role We are looking for an experienced Team Leader with a dispatch background to join our warehouse team. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will play a key role during our peak trading period. You will receive and sort cheese by SKU and direct it to the correct areas of the warehouse, ready for picking and packing. Your attention to detail and ability to keep the team organised will help make sure customer orders go out accurately and on time.

Key responsibilities

- Ensure health and safety requirements are met at all times




- Oversee the cheese dispatch process from sorting through to despatch
- Print orders at set dispatch times
- Sort orders by carrier
- Submit manifests where required
- Pick and pack customer orders
- Assist the Warehouse Manager with inventory stocktakes when required
- Provide general support across the warehouse and other departments when needed

About you

- Experience in dispatch, with cold storage experience highly regarded
- Solid attention to detail
- Basic to intermediate computer skills
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Fluent English; travellers are welcome
- Availability for full-time hours, Monday to Friday
