About the Role

We are seeking a reliable, organised and hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy warehouse specialising in veterinary products, pet food and animal healthcare supplies, including vaccines and other veterinary essentials.

This is a great opportunity for someone with solid leadership, organisational and inventory management skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and ensuring warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Pay Rate: $37.01 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday | Day shifts | 8–10 hours per shift

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing and dispatching orders.
- Coordinate and support warehouse staff to ensure productivity and efficiency.

Manage stock levels, inventory control and regular stocktakes.

- Ensure veterinary products, vaccines and pet food are stored, handled and dispatched in accordance with relevant procedures.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment.

Monitor incoming and outgoing goods and ensure orders are accurate and dispatched on time.

- Follow workplace health and safety procedures and maintain accurate warehouse records.

About You

- Previous experience in warehouse management, supervision or a similar role.
- Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.




- Valuable attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A proactive, reliable and hands-on approach to work.
- Experience working with veterinary products, vaccines or pet food is highly regarded.
- Forklift licence is advantageous but not essential.
- A current drivers licence and experience using warehouse management systems would be an advantage.
