We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Storeperson at our Glendenning NSW facility. This is a full-time position based on-site at our warehouse location. You will be responsible for all warehouse operations, ensuring efficient storage, distribution and logistics goods in and out.
Key responsibilities
- Manage all day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of goods
- Oversee inventory
- Liaise with logistics partners, suppliers and customers to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports on warehouse metrics and performance
- Implement and maintain quality assurance procedures to minimise errors and damage
- Raw materials in and out movements for factory
What we're looking for
- Proven experience of at least 5 years in a warehouse management or similar operations role within manufacturing, logistics or distribution
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to manage, motivate and develop a team effectively
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and data analysis skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to implement continuous improvements
- Physical capability to undertake warehouse duties when necessary
- Relevant qualifications such as a Forklift License or White Card would be advantageous
