responsibilities You’ll have the opportunity to work within a dynamic team environment, utilising your skills and experience to coordinate the daily activities of the warehouse, whilst managing and maintaining the company’s stock control software “Options”. Working as a Warehouse Operations Coordinator, your daily responsibilities/tasks will include: Coordination of the operations for product handling, storage, receiving and dispatch from our warehouse. Receiving and inspecting bulk freight deliveries - ensuring product and quantities are correct and in good order.

Operation of both standard and high reach forklifts and pallet moving equipment to both load and unload bulk goods and furniture. Routine safety inspections conducted on forklifts and associated equipment. Maintenance of equipment where qualified to do so.

Utilising RF Scanning equipment to ensure all goods are receipted and located accurately within the warehouse. Receiving and checking purchase requests against inventory levels. Checking inventories and preparing delivery schedules Maintaining the company’s key RF stock control software – “Options”.





Liaise with software supplier for product enhancements, issues, rectifications and calibrations. Manage “Options” users and inputs. Reporting to management as required. Qualification &

experience The ideal candidate for this opportunity will have: At least a relevant AQF Diploma or equivalent OR three (3) years recent and relevant experience (preferably in warehouse or logistics middle management).

Experience in the various responsibilities listed above.

Experience with, or knowledge of “Options” software or similar. Demonstrated strong commitment to excellence and quality. LF and LO Forklift Licenses. Well-developed communication and problem-solving skills. Strong work ethic. Ability to work effectively, respectfully and collegially in a team environment. Small team supervisory experience. Intermediate to advanced computer skills. A great attitude!
