About the role

3monkeez is seeking a reliable, motivated, and experienced Warehouse Store person to join our team at our Dandenong warehouse. We’re a national leader in stainless-steel plumbing and drainage products, known for our quality, innovation, and service.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in their work, understands the importance of accurate order fulfilment and stock control, and can work efficiently in a busy warehouse environment autonomy.

The successful applicant will play an important role in ensuring orders are picked and packed accurately, stock is handled correctly, and deliveries are received and dispatched efficiently.

Key responsibilities

- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently

- Receive, check, and put away incoming stock

- Prepare and dispatch outgoing orders and deliveries

- Maintain accurate stock levels and assist with inventory control

- Load and unload deliveries safely

- Operate a forklift where required and appropriately licensed

- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment

- Work collaboratively with the VIC team to meet daily operational requirements

About you To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience working in a warehouse or store person role is advantageous however full training will be provided





- Good attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- A reliable, practical, and organised approach to work
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
- A commitment to workplace health and safety

- Computer skills in designated warehouse programs will be highly regarded
- A current forklift license will be necessary

What we are looking for

We are looking for someone who is dependable, takes ownership of their responsibilities and understands the importance of getting the job done right. You will bring a positive attitude, a strong work ethic and a willingness to contribute to the smooth running of the warehouse operation.

Remuneration

$60,000–$62,000 per annum + 12% Superannuation. Bonuses applicable after a 6-month probation period.

The position is a full time position, 38 hours a week. Monday – Friday. No Weekend Work.
