We are looking for a reliable, motivated and hardworking Warehouse Picker & Packer to join our Sydney warehouse team in Alexandria.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, takes pride in their work and values teamwork, accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Accurately pick, pack and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
- Ensure products are correctly handled, labelled and packed according to company procedures.
- Assist with receiving, checking and organising incoming stock.
- Maintain accurate stock handling and follow appropriate stock rotation procedures (FIFO/FEFO).
- Use handheld barcode scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Assist with preparing orders for delivery and loading activities when required.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse workplace.
- Follow workplace health and safety and food handling procedures.
- Work collaboratively with the warehouse team to achieve daily operational targets and delivery deadlines.

About You

We are looking for someone who demonstrates:

- Previous experience in warehouse picking and packing, preferably within food distribution,



logistics or a similar environment.
- Availability to start work early in the morning, Monday to Friday.
- Excellent punctuality, reliability and attendance.
- Good attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under time constraints.
- Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual handling duties safely.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to support the team.
- Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and collaboratively.
- Basic communication skills in English.
- Valid working rights in Australia.

Desirable but not essential:

- Experience working with chilled or frozen food products.
- Familiarity with barcode scanning and warehouse inventory systems.
- Knowledge of food safety and stock rotation practices.
- Forklift licence.
