NEOZ is an Australian designer and manufacturer of premium cordless lighting, with our products used in leading restaurants, hotels, resorts and private residences in more than 100 countries around the world.

For more than 30 years, we have designed and manufactured high-quality lighting products from our Sydney operation, with a strong focus on quality, innovation and practical design.

We're now looking for a capable and motivated Warehouse & Production Operator to join our team in Terrey Hills.

About the roleThis is a hands-on and varied role supporting our production operations while taking ownership of the day-to-day organisation of our warehouse.

You'll work closely with our production, shipping and operations teams across stock control, goods movement, picking and packing, warehouse organisation and general production activities.

We're looking for someone practical, organised and proactive. Someone who can work well as part of a team, but is also comfortable using their own initiative, identifying problems and finding sensible solutions.

What you'll be doingWarehouse & Inventory

- Receiving, checking, storing and moving incoming stock and materials
- Keeping the warehouse organised, clean and operating efficiently
- Maintaining accurate stock movements and system records
- Assisting with cycle counts and inventory control
- Picking and preparing stock for production and customer orders
- Identifying opportunities to improve warehouse organisation and processes
- Operating our walk-behind pallet stacker, with training provided as required

Packing & Dispatch

- Packing finished products for domestic and international dispatch




- Preparing shipping crates and packaging for larger orders
- Ensuring orders are accurately picked, packed and ready for dispatch
- Working closely with our shipping and operations teams

Production Support

- Supporting production and assembly activities as required
- Completing general assembly, preparation and packing tasks
- Assisting with quality control inspections
- Helping resolve practical production and warehouse issues as they arise

About youPrevious experience in a warehouse, stores, manufacturing or production environment would be highly regarded, but isn't essential. We're happy to provide training for the right person.

More importantly, we're looking for someone who:

Experience with inventory systems, warehousing or manufacturing would be an advantage. A forklift licence is not required.



We use a walk-behind pallet stacker rather than a ride-on forklift, and appropriate training will be provided.

Hours & LocationThe role is full-time, Monday to Friday, based at our factory and head office in Terrey Hills on Sydney's Northern Beaches.

Our usual working hours are approximately 8:00am to 4:00pm, however there is some flexibility around start and finish times.
