We are looking for a reliable, motivated and hands-on Warehouse Store person / Delivery Driver to join our growing business.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a variety of tasks, takes pride in their work and wants to become part of a supportive, family-owned company.

Previous warehousing or industry experience is advantageous but not essential, as full on-the-job training will be provided.

About the Role

This is a varied, hands-on position involving warehouse operations, picking and packing customer orders, stock management and local deliveries.

You will play an significant role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time, while helping maintain an organised and productive warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

- Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders accurately and efficiently.

- Delivering products to customers throughout Brisbane and surrounding areas using company vehicles.

- Receiving incoming goods, checking deliveries and allocating stock to the correct warehouse locations.

- Preparing orders for local delivery, freight and courier collection.

- Maintaining accurate stock records and assisting with regular stocktakes.





- Organising and maintaining warehouse stock levels and storage locations.

- Loading and unloading deliveries safely.

- Assisting with general warehouse operations and day-to-day tasks.

- Liaising with internal sales and production teams to ensure orders are completed and dispatched on time.

- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment.

- Providing friendly and qualified service when delivering products to customers.

- Assisting with other operational duties as required.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking someone with a positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

The ideal candidate will have:

- A current Australian driver's licence (essential).

- A reliable, punctual and professional attitude.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn our inventory and order processing systems.

- A hands-on approach and willingness to assist wherever needed.

- The ability to safely undertake the physical requirements of warehouse work.

- A commitment to workplace safety and customer satisfaction.

Desirable but not essential:

- Previous warehousing, stores or delivery driving experience.

- Experience with picking, packing,



dispatch and inventory management.

- Forklift licence.

- Knowledge of hydraulic components, seals or industrial products.

No experience in hydraulic seals is required. We will provide the training and product knowledge needed to succeed in the role.
