WAREHOUSE /STORES DELIVERY CO-ORDINATOR

We continue to grow and have a requirement for a Warehouse/Stores Delivery Co-ordinator, to work with our team. This role supports our Operations team’s and is responsible for tracking, receiving, checking and receipting all materials into our ERP system. You will then be responsible for ensuring all materials and products are packed and ready for delivery to the site on the scheduled job start date.

You will also manage returns from site and back to suppliers and include the tracking of site project equipment. Labelling and recording all information and ensuring all logistics record of drivers and items per project is updated and recorded will be a key requirement. You will ensure the stores area is kept clean and well organised at all times and you will oversee all inventory management and records including regular stocktakes.

The role will also see you completing deliveries (manual current drivers licence required) and looking after the upkeep and maintenance (gardens / outside appearance) of our two facilities.

Youmust have warehousing (pick – pack - customer service) experience preferably in the building industry,



a current forklift licence is mandatory and be comfortable working on a computer (NetSuite experience ideal, however, not compulsory) as well as experience in using ERP systems. You will have excellent attention to detail, accuracy, clear communication and a clean presentation is required along with a positive, happy and helpful personality, not to mention a can-do attitude.

This is four day a week role, Monday to Thursday 7.30am-8.3-am.
