Job Description
The Co-Group Limited in Landsborough is seeking a Complex Behaviour Support Worker to join a 2:1 support team. You will work closely with one other Support Worker to provide high quality care for a participant, involving active daily routines, personal care and community activities.

Shifts include early, afternoon, night and sleepover options. You should be comfortable with long walks, swimming, and engaging with the participant to achieve meaningful outcomes while staying calm and patient.
