Job Description

Royal Freemasons Ltd in Mount Martha is seeking compassionate Personal Care Assistants to join our residential aged care team. You will support residents with daily living, promote dignity and independence, and work with a caring team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.

The role requires a minimum of 1 year PCA experience and a Certificate III/IV in Individual Support. You will complete care documentation, assist with personal care, and participate in ongoing training.
