Job Description

Uniting Ballarat is seeking a Counsellor for Ruby’s Reunification Program to support young people aged 12-17 and their families. You will deliver evidence-based therapy, conduct safety assessments, respond to risk, and supervise therapeutic practice within the team.

The role emphasises trauma-informed care, Narrative and Family therapies, and strengthening family relationships to prevent homelessness and promote secure home environments.
