- Job Summary:

- We are seeking an experienced Travel Consultant with a minimum of 2 years in the travel industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for booking and customer service, ensuring clients have a seamless and enjoyable experience. The role involves handling customer inquiries, managing office tasks, and coordinating with suppliers and partners.

- Key Responsibilities:
n
- Customer Service:
n
- Reach out to customers to follow up on inquiries and provide support throughout their journey.
n
- Communicate with clients before, during, and after their trip to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
n
- Build relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
n
- Booking and Documentation:
n
- Consult, collect, and prepare necessary documents for visa and passport applications.
n
- Make tour confirmations upon receiving bookings.
n
- Ensure all information and documentation are accurate within the system.
n
- Office Management:
n
- Handle all office management tasks on CRM.
n
- Manage emails, Livechat, phone calls, and other correspondence.
n
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the office.
n
- Supplier Coordination:
n
- Deal and contract with suppliers such as restaurants, hotels, and transportation companies.
n




- Coordinate with the Vietnam office or our DMCs to respond to customer inquiries and complaints.
n
- Industry Knowledge:
n
- Stay current on industry news and trends to provide the best advice and recommendations to clients.
n
- Job Requirements:
n
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the travel industry.
n
- Professional attitude and appearance.
n
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and service-minded.
n
- Excellent work ethics and time management skills.
n
- Good communication skills in English.
n
- Proficient in office computer skills.
n
- Excellent communicator, listener, and problem solver.
n
- Flexible schedule, 38-40 hours per week depending on candidate's preference.
n
- Ability to check email and be available to work outside office hours if required.
