Job Description

Hawksvale Holdings Pty Ltd in Sunbury, Victoria, is seeking an hands-on Farm & Estate Manager to run olive grove, vineyard and event hall. You will lead a small team, plan seasonal farming, maintain irrigation and equipment, and coordinate with the estate owner for events.

This full time role includes overseeing budget, records and contractor coordination, with two farmhands supporting operations and direct access to the owner.
