Job Description

Aristocrat is seeking a Finance Manager FP&A; to reshape workforce planning, budgeting, and forecasting across the business. You will lead the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and monthly reporting, delivering insights that drive strategic decisions and efficiency improvements.

In this role you will collaborate with Finance, P&C;, and data teams to ensure data integrity, develop dashboards, and mentor senior analysts while applying AI-enabled tools to enhance planning and reporting outcomes.
