We are currently recruiting for Ongoing casual (locum) assignments & permanent placements.

3, 4 & 5 days per week (pending the client's needs) Monday to Friday only

Casual / Locum hourly rates $66.78 plus 12 % super (weekly pay)

St Kilda Rd

- Commence ASAP, ongoing for a minimum of 4 weeks
- Full time hours
- Caseload of clients from CHSP or Support at Home
- Recent experience in Suport at Home Case Management essential
- Previous experience with Alayacare highly desirable

Mandatory Documentation requirements

To be considered for our assignments you will need:

- Recent experience as a Case Manager of Aged Care Support at Home
- A national police check less than 12 months old
- A current Working with Childrens Check
- A minimum of 3 COVID vaccinations
