Permanent part-time position, 60.8 hours per fortnight
This role is the perfect opportunity for a motivated clinician looking for a recent challenge or progression in their career, who possess a high level of experience facilitating the implementation of the Eat Walk Engage program at Townsville University Hospital.
Eat Walk Engage (EWE) is a patient-centred care program designed to prevent delirium and promote high quality acute care for older hospital inpatients. The program uses an evidence-based implementation framework to embed sustainable change in practice.

Competitive salary and benefits: We offer attractive remuneration packages and generous leave entitlements. * Salary range: $64.64 to $69.55 p.h. (HP4)



* 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading * 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation * Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available Requirements: * Appointment to this position requires proof of tertiary qualification in a Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology or Dietetics and registration or membership with the appropriate registration authority (e.g. Physiotherapy Board, Occupational Therapy Board etc). Certified copies of the required information must be provided to the appropriate supervisor/manager prior to the commencement of clinical duties. * Whilst not mandatory, a relevant health or management postgraduate qualification would be desirable * This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role. Hepatitis A/B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis and Tuberculosis. * Probation period may apply. * Pre-employment checks will be conducted.
