The International is looking for passionate and experienced Section Waiters to join our team. We're all about exceptional food, genuine hospitality and creating memorable experiences in one of Sydney's most exciting dining destinations.

We're looking for confident, enthusiastic individuals who love connecting with guests, thrive during a busy service and take pride in delivering exceptional hospitality.

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in a fast-paced, premium dining environment, with hatted restaurant experience highly regarded
- Strong food, wine and beverage knowledge
- Confidence in managing your own section and delivering attentive, personalised service
- Excellent communication skills and a warm, professional approach
- Current RSA and a sound understanding of responsible service
- A positive attitude, strong attention to detail and team-first mindset

What You'll Be Doing
- Managing your section and delivering seamless, attentive service from start to finish
- Building genuine connections with guests and creating memorable dining experiences
- Confidently guiding guests through our food and beverage offerings




- Working closely with the kitchen, bar and front of house teams to ensure smooth service
- Maintaining Shell House's high service standards and contributing to a positive team culture
