As we prepare to open the doors to Crystalbrook Sam, we are searching for an enthusiastic and motivated Part Time Cook to join our opening culinary team.

This is a fabulous opportunity for someone who enjoys being in the kitchen, takes pride in preparing great food and is eager to build their skills in a supportive, creative and ambitious hospitality setting.

Whether you have some kitchen experience or are looking to take the next step in your culinary journey, we would love to hear from you.

What you will be doing:

- Supporting our chefs with daily food preparation, including preparing fresh ingredients and organising mise en place.
- Assisting with the preparation and presentation of dishes to our quality standards.
- Learning new techniques and developing your confidence across different areas of the kitchen.
- Maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness, food safety and kitchen organisation.
- Working collaboratively with our culinary team to deliver memorable dining experiences.
- Bringing enthusiasm, curiosity and a willingness to learn to every shift.

More about you:

We would love to welcome an aspiring culinary professional who brings enthusiasm, curiosity and a genuine commitment to developing their craft.

- Currently studying Commercial Cookery, undertaking a culinary qualification or actively pursuing a career in the culinary industry
- Some practical kitchen or food preparation experience,



with an appetite to build on existing skills and knowledge
- A genuine passion for food, fresh ingredients and exploring new culinary techniques
- An enthusiastic approach to learning, with the ambition to develop alongside experienced and passionate chefs
- A positive, collaborative attitude and pride in contributing to a successful kitchen team
- Availability to work 16–24 hours per week, including evenings and weekends, ideally complementing current study commitments
