Job Description
Sharp and Carter is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor for Day Shift at a South Sydney FMCG facility. You’ll lead a team on a 4-on/4-off roster in a 24/7 manufacturing environment, focusing on safety, quality and performance on the floor.

You’ll report to the Shift Operations Manager and mentor other supervisors, with a hands-on, people-first leadership style and positive fitness due to on-floor coaching and mobility requirements.
