A leading insurance organisation is looking for a Senior Finance Analyst to join a high performing finance team, partnering with senior stakeholders to drive financial performance and commercial outcomes.

The role: n

Partner with business stakeholders to analyse financial performance and key business metrics

n

Own month end, quarter end, budgeting and forecasting activities

n

Provide analysis and insights across actuals, budgets and forecasts

n

Oversee OPEX and FTE reporting, including expense allocations

n

Prepare and contribute to CFO, performance, investor and strategy reporting

n

Identify opportunities to simplify reporting and improve processes

n

Provide commercial analysis and support key business initiatives

What we're looking for: n

5+ years' progressive finance experience within a complex organisation

n





Strong financial analysis and business partnering capability

n

Insurance experience highly regarded

n

Strong understanding of financial performance and business drivers

n

Experience with TM1, Oracle, Power BI or Power Query highly regarded

n

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

n

CA/CPA qualification highly regarded

n
