We're Hiring!

We're looking for a passionate Customer Service Officer to complete our team.

n

Permanent, Monday to Friday. 40 hours per week.

n

As the first point of contact for all customers, you will play a crucial role in shaping their experience. Your ability to provide first-class service in every interaction will be key to ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the high standards of excellence that define our team.

What You'll Do:

- Providing frontline customer service to all customers who visit our site
n
- Keeping customers informed about the repair process and estimated completion dates for their vehicles
n
- Handling telephone and email correspondence professionally and efficiently
n
- Supporting management with inventory, including parts, paint, and consumables
n
- Liaising with insurance providers regarding claims and repairs
n
