Position Summary:

- Join our Ladies and Gentlemen and welcome all guests whilst explaining the hotel facilities available
- Provide a quality of service, going above and beyond to exceed guest expectations
- Provide therapeutic massage and body treatments — including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and aromatherapy massage. Body treatments including body scrubs and mud wraps.
- Provide personalised skin care services to guests
- Ensure guest queries and requests are handled effectively and efficiently
- Assess guest needs and subsequently advise them on recommended skin, hair and nail home care regimens
- Complete standard reception duties focusing on attention to detail

About You:

- Working rights in Australia
- Experience in reflexology, lymphatic drainage or remedial is preferred
- 2+ years of massage experience in a luxury spa environment is preferred
- Certificate IV in Massage Therapy (HLT42021) or Diploma of Remedial Massage (HLT52021)
- Enthusiastic to escalate your career
