Job Description

Six Degrees Executive seeks a senior Workday specialist to lead a six-month remediation project in Melbourne. You will assess a long-run Workday HCM setup, define success criteria, and shape the HR systems direction with internal HR leadership.

You will review configurations, data quality, and processes, then prioritise fixes with HR leadership and drive the remediation with the in-house HRIS team. A governance framework and a two-year roadmap will guide future work.
