Responsibilities:

- Operate and maintain equipment, machinery, or systems according to established procedures and guidelines.

- Monitor and control processes to ensure optimal performance and quality output.

- Conduct regular inspections and perform pre-starts on equipment to prevent malfunctions or breakdowns.

- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.

- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions.

- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure working environment.

- Document and report operational data, including production rates, downtime, and quality control measures.
n
- Continuously update knowledge and skills through training and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

n

n
- Current HR ticket essential
n
- Excavator ticket is a plus
n
- Water cart driving experience essential
n
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training is a plus.
n
- Proven experience as an Operator or similar role in any industry.
n
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate various types of machinery or equipment.
n
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
n
- Effective communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately.
