Client Services Manager - Financial Advisory firm n

A well-established financial planning practice on St Kilda Road is seeking an experienced Client Services Manager to join its team.

n

Supporting a group of experienced Financial Advisers, you will play an important role in delivering a high standard of service to clients while ensuring the advice process runs efficiently and accurately.

n

This is a broad role suited to someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work and values being part of a professional, collaborative team.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to - n

- Prepare review packs and meeting documentation
n
- Coordinate new client onboarding and account establishment
n
- Manage portfolio transactions, contributions, withdrawals and transfers
n
- Prepare and issue advice and consent documentation
n
- Liaise with platforms, product providers and clients
n
- Support advisers with workflow management and ongoing client servicing
n
- Assist in coordinating offshore administration support
n




- Maintain accurate client records and compliance documentation
n

Experience required - nn
- Experience within financial planning or wealth management
n
- Robust client service and administration skills
n
- Knowledge of advice processes and investment platforms
n
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
n
- High attention to detail
n
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
n
