As the Flagship Store Manager you bring proven experience in luxury retail and bring an approachable, people-focused leadership style, with the ability to develop and inspire team success and accountability.n
What you’ll be responsible for: n

- Leading, coaching and developing a large retail team
n
- Building a strong team culture , encouraging consistency across daily operations.
n
- Overseeing store operations, stock management, loss prevention and visual merchandising standards.
n
- Collaborating with senior leadership to communicate business results,



identify opportunities and implement strategies for growth.
