Job Description

YMCA Gabbinbar Outside School Hours Care in Queensland seeks an Assistant Coordinator to support daily operations and lead programming for children in a part time capacity. You will assist the Coordinator, guide staff, and help ensure safe, engaging care.

Qualifications include a Diploma in Children’s Services or related field, experience in children’s programming, strong communication, and First Aid/CPR. Willingness to obtain Blue Card and alignment with NQF is essential.
