About the Opportunity n

We’re looking for a full time Booking Centre Agent to join our friendly team at Apex Radiology in O'Connor. As a key member of our team, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients and referrers-playing an essential role in creating a smooth and supportive patient experience. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities n

- Answering incoming calls with warmth and professionalism
n
- Scheduling appointments efficiently, ensuring optimal use of booking slots
n
- Providing patients with clear information on scan preparation, costs, and concession eligibility
n
- Processing patient referrals and coordinating with internal clinical teams
n
- Working closely with radiologists, technicians, and admin colleagues to ensure excellent service delivery
n
- Maintaining accuracy in patient data entry and handling confidential information with care
n

What We’re Looking For nn
- A strong ‘patient-first’ approach with excellent customer service skills
n
- Confident communicator who is calm, compassionate, and solutions-focused
n
- High level of attention to detail, especially in administrative and data entry tasks
n




- Comfortable using multiple digital platforms and booking systems
n
- Experience in a medical or allied health administration setting (radiology experience highly regarded)
n
- Ability to thrive both independently and in a team environment
