We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Retail Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organised store, and assisting with sales and inventory management.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

- Maintain a clean and organised store environment
n
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise
n
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
n
- Handle customer complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner
n




- Assist with visual merchandising and store displays
n
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
n

Qualifications:

- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and multitask effectively
n
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions
n
- Knowledge of retail sales principles and practices
n
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays
