You will join a cooperative finance team and report to the Accountant. This is a rare chance to take over a well-maintained ledger and make the role your own. You will be guided closely through the role, with full training provided.

The Role

Reporting to the Accountant, you will take ownership of end-to-end accounts receivable for a portfolio of Victorian and South Australian customers, with the possibility of an additional state down the track. Your responsibilities will include:

- Raising and processing customer invoices
- Managing a portfolio of customers
- Proactive collections via phone and email, following up outstanding balances
- Maintaining a clean, accurate ledger
- Cash allocation and account reconciliations
- Bank reconciliations
- Handling customer queries promptly and professionally

Your Profile

- Must be immediately available
- 3-5 years' experience in accounts receivable




- Strong Excel skills
- Excellent verbal communication
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Living locally to the office is highly regarded
- JD Edwards experience preferred but not essential, as training will be provided
- Long term Australian working rights; a police check and medical will be required
