What We're Looking For
- Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist
- Minimum 2 years' hospital pharmacy experience preferred
- Experience in:
- Clinical ward rounds
- Medication reconciliation
- Dispensing
- Patient counselling
- Discharge planning
- Clinical documentation
Experience using iPharmacy, Merlin, EMR, Cerner, or similar hospital systems highly regarded
Solid communication and clinical decision-making skills
Full working rights in Australia
