Position Summary:

n

BOH: The Kitchen team member will deliver kitchen operations during their shift, ensuring smooth and efficient service while maintaining high standards of food quality and consistency. The Kitchen team member plays a pivotal role in working with the BOH team, ensuring that service KPIs are met and upholding Fonda's operational excellence, all while delivering exceptional guest experiences through outstanding kitchen performance.

- Prepare fresh, delicious and high-quality dishes that exceed expectations and leave people wanting more

- Leading by example and demonstrating best-practice at all of our back-of-house stations
n




- Inspire epic guest reviews through the serving of high-quality dishes that nail both taste and presentation points
n
- Stay true to Fonda's processes and procedures
n
- Rotate stock according to Food Safety Standards
n
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing the restaurant
n
- Consistently demonstrate and drive Fonda's Steps of Service.
n
- Drive the sales, guest experience and labour goals for your restaurant while leading the shifts
n
- Inspire the team to deliver an incredible dining experience for our customers every day.
