TMA Group of Companies is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable & Billing Officer to manage billing, invoicing and collections across our international group, spanning Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, North America, Europe and the Philippines .

n

This is more than a traditional AR role. You'll play a key part in transforming our AR function , improving processes, automation and systems.

What You'll Do n

n
- Manage end-to-end billing, invoicing, AR and collections .
n
- Handle reconciliations, disputes, credit control and reporting.
n
- Support AR system implementation, testing and go-live .
n
- Improve,



standardise and automate AR processes.
n
- Maintain strong data quality and support audit requirements.
n

What You'll Bring nn
- 5+ years' AR experience , including billing and invoicing.
n
- Hands-on experience with AR transformation, process improvement or system implementation .
n
- Strong Excel and ERP skills — NetSuite, SAP, Xero, MYOB, Dynamics or similar.
n
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
n
- A proactive mindset focused on improving how things are done .
n
