We’re looking for a commercially minded and results-driven Finance Manager to manage and improve Osteon Medical’s financial performance and play an important role in our business strategy and operating plans.

Responsibilities n

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, annual planning and long-range financial planning across the business.
n
- Deliver accurate and timely financial and management reporting, including month-end, sales and financial year-end reporting.
n
- Analyse financial performance, business metrics and trends to provide actionable insights that support strategic and commercial decision-making.
n
- Develop financial models and analysis to support investment decisions, pricing, resource allocation and cost-saving opportunities.
n
- Lead a small finance team and manage the monthly accounting close and reporting process, including oversight of receivables, payables and working capital.
n
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and our US team on forecasts, budgets, financial performance and other key business developments.

About You n





You are a commercially minded finance professional with strong analytical skills and a practical, hands-on approach. You’ll bring:

- Experience in a Finance Manager or similar senior finance role.
n
- Strong financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling skills.
n
- Experience with month-end and year-end financial processes.
n
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems.
n
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
n
- A proactive and organised approach with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
n

Experience in manufacturing, medical devices or a global organisation will be highly regarded but is not essential.
