Panda Mart is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our day-to-day warehouse operations, team management, stock movement, workplace safety and operational efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations
- Manage incoming and outgoing stock, storage and inventory movement
- Supervise warehouse staff and coordinate daily duties and staffing
- Monitor team performance and improve operational efficiency
- Maintain workplace health and safety standards
- Use basic warehouse management systems
- Improve warehouse processes, productivity and workflow

REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum 3 years of warehouse management or supervisory experience
- Current and valid Forklift Licence – essential
- Current and valid Australian Driver Licence – essential
- Ability to communicate in English in the workplace
- Strong people management and organisational skills
- Good understanding of warehouse operations and warehouse systems
- Strong safety awareness and a responsible, proactive attitude
