Warehouse Team Leader

3fold Resources is a leading shopfitting and logistics provider servicing clients across Australia.

We are seeking a capable and motivated Warehouse Team Leader to take responsibility for the day-to-day leadership and execution of warehouse operations.

This is a hands-on leadership role focused on directing warehouse staff, coordinating daily workloads and ensuring operational priorities are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

The role suits an individual with strong people leadership skills, practical warehouse knowledge and the confidence to take ownership of daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate the warehouse team to achieve daily operational requirements

- Allocate and delegate workloads, communicate priorities and ensure tasks are completed on time

- Provide clear direction, coaching and support to warehouse staff

- Monitor daily workflow, address operational issues and maintain accountability across the team

- Maintain explicit and effective communication across daily warehouse operations

- Coordinate picking, packing, receiving, dispatch and loading activities

- Remain actively involved in warehouse operations as required

- Maintain high standards of workplace safety, housekeeping and warehouse organisation

- Support the training and development of warehouse staff

- Maintain 5S standards and contribute to a well-organised and efficient working environment

- Support the implementation of operational improvements and changes to warehouse processes

- Promote a positive, productive and accountable team environment

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Demonstrated experience leading,



coordinating or directing warehouse staff

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to provide direction and constructive feedback

- Practical experience within a warehouse or distribution environment
- The ability to organise workloads, manage changing priorities and follow through on operational requirements

- Sound judgement and a proactive approach to resolving day-to-day operational issues
- The ability to build positive working relationships while maintaining clear expectations and accountability
- A strong commitment to workplace safety, housekeeping and operational standards
- A current LF forklift licence, with reach-forklift experience

- Basic computer literacy and the ability to work with warehouse or inventory systems
- A flexible approach and willingness to support changes and improvements to operational processes

- Availability to commence work at 6:00am

Previous experience in a Team Leader, Leading Hand or 2IC position will be highly regarded. Applicants with practical warehouse experience who have demonstrated responsibility for leading or coordinating others are also encouraged to apply.
