One Raceway is looking for a creative, driven and highly organised Events & Social Media Manager to join our team.

We’re not looking for someone who just ticks boxes. We want someone who sees opportunities, brings fresh ideas to the table and knows how to turn those ideas into action.

From high-energy motorsport events and unforgettable experiences to engaging digital content and brand partnerships, you’ll play a key role in shaping how One Raceway shows up, both on and off the track.

THE ROLEThis is a hands-on position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, loves bringing people together and has a genuine passion for marketing, events and creating memorable experiences.

What you’ll be doing:

- Events & Experiences: Plan, coordinate and execute events, from concept through to delivery, ensuring every experience runs seamlessly.
- Social Media & Content: Manage our social media platforms, create engaging content and capture the energy of One Raceway through storytelling, photography and video.
- Marketing & Campaigns: Develop and execute creative campaigns that build brand awareness, drive engagement and attract new audiences.
- Website & Digital: Keep our website and digital platforms fresh, relevant and aligned with upcoming events and campaigns.
- Partnerships & Collaborations: Build relationships with brands, sponsors, influencers and key partners to create exciting opportunities.
- Brand Experience:



Help shape the One Raceway brand through innovative ideas, strong attention to detail and consistent execution.

You’ll bring

- Experience in events, marketing, social media or a similar creative role.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- A creative eye for content, storytelling and brand presentation.
- Confidence communicating with partners, suppliers, clients and internal teams.
- Initiative, resourcefulness and a solutions-focused mindset.
- An understanding of social media trends, digital marketing and audience engagement.
- A willingness to get hands-on, think outside the square and go above and beyond.

Experience in motorsport, hospitality, entertainment or major events is a bonus, but attitude, creativity and initiative matter just as much. WHY ONE RACEWAY?This isn’t your typical desk job.
