We are seeking an experienced Lifestyle Coordinator to join an aged care facility in Northgate, South Australia, on a short-term, three-month contract.

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate lifestyle professional to support the development of meaningful, person-centred Lifestyle Plans and programs, while guiding staff in their implementation to enhance residents' wellbeing and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and review individualised Lifestyle Plans tailored to residents' needs, interests and preferences.

- Develop engaging lifestyle programs that promote social connection, participation and overall wellbeing.

- Guide and support staff in the effective implementation of Lifestyle Plans and programs.

- Promote a person-centred approach that encourages resident choice, independence and meaningful engagement.

- Collaborate with the care team to ensure lifestyle initiatives meet residents' needs.

About You

- Certificate IV in Leisure and Lifestyle (essential).

- Previous experience in a Lifestyle Coordinator or similar role within aged care.





- Strong understanding of person-centred care and individualised lifestyle planning.

- Demonstrated ability to develop engaging programs for residents with diverse needs and interests.

- Confident in guiding and supporting staff in program implementation.

- Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.

- A genuine passion for improving the quality of life of older people.
