This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and strategic professional to identify new business opportunities, build influential industry relationships, strengthen referral networks and support the growth of our clinical workforce across Australia.

Working closely with senior leadership, marketing and digital teams, you will help shape CSS's growth strategy, expand our national presence and turn opportunities into measurable outcomes, contributing to the delivery of high-quality, person-centred allied health and disability services to the communities we support.

Our multidisciplinary team provides Positive Behaviour Support (PBS), Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Speech Pathology and Physiotherapy.

We are committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred services while embracing technology, innovation and strong professional partnerships.

As we continue expanding, we are looking for someone who can turn opportunities into measurable business growth.

Reporting directly to the Executive Leadership Team, the Strategic Growth Officer will be responsible for identifying and implementing growth opportunities across our key service regions.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes initiative, enjoys connecting with people and is confident working independently towards clear growth targets.

- Establish relationships with Support Coordinators, providers and key referral partners.

- Research new geographical markets and identify opportunities for service expansion.

- Work towards measurable monthly and quarterly regional growth targets.

2. Referral Network & Database Development

- Build, maintain and expand CSS's national referral and stakeholder database.

- Identify and connect with new Support Coordinators, NDIS organisations and referral partners.

- Implement targeted engagement strategies to increase referrals.

- Track referral activity, conversion trends and partnership opportunities.

- Maintain accurate records of outreach and business development activities.

3. Workforce Growth & Recruitment

- Support the recruitment and expansion of our clinical teams across priority regions.

- Identify and engage potential PBS practitioners and allied health professionals via social media platforms and other channels.

- Assist with candidate screening, interviews and recruitment coordination.

- Work collaboratively with the management team to identify workforce gaps and emerging service demands.

- Assist with establishing a stronger clinician presence in new and existing service regions.

4. Marketing, Digital Growth & Collaboration

- Work closely with our Digital Engineer and Marketing Officer to implement targeted growth campaigns.

- Identify opportunities to strengthen online engagement, referral generation and brand visibility.

- Support database-driven email campaigns and strategic outreach.

- Contribute ideas for automation, CRM improvements and more effective lead generation.

- Monitor campaign outcomes and recommend improvements.

- Support the implementation of CSS's Marketing Strategy and measure outcomes.

5. Growth Targets & Reporting

- Establish and monitor measurable growth objectives for each priority region.

- Track new referral relationships, database growth, clinician recruitment and expansion opportunities.

- Provide regular progress updates and recommendations to the Executive Management Team.

- Identify challenges, provide recommendations and implement practical strategies to improve results.

About You

We are looking for someone who is confident, resourceful, organised and motivated by results.

Ideally, you will have:

- Experience in business development, strategic growth, recruitment or stakeholder engagement.

- Strong communication, networking and relationship-building skills.

- Confidence approaching new organisations and developing professional partnerships.

- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.

- Experience working with CRM systems, digital databases and online engagement tools.

- A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

- Strong attention to detail and confidence reporting against targets.

Experience in the NDIS, disability or allied health sector is highly regarded, although candidates with strong transferable business development experience are encouraged to apply.

What We Offer
