The Role

We are seeking an Admissions Consultant to join our Admissions team within Community Engagement. This 2 year fixed-term, full-time role supports enrolments across our campuses.

The successful candidate will be proactive and collaborative, with excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with families and colleagues. Bringing warmth, sound judgement and attention to detail, you will help families feel welcomed, informed and supported throughout their enrolment journey.

In this role, you will:

- Respond to enrolment enquiries with timely, personalised advice and proactive follow-up.
- Support engaging school tours and student interviews, showcasing the School’s programs and learning opportunities.
- Coordinate communications with prospective and confirmed families, supporting a smooth handover to campus teams.
- Process enrolment applications and manage waitlists in line with the School’s Enrolment Policy.
- Maintain accurate admissions records and provide timely updates to support enrolment planning and reporting.
- Support compliance reporting, including overseas student data entry in PRISMS as required.
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance the enrolment experience for families and staff.
- Model and live the Caulfield Grammar School values and behaviours

To be successful in this role you will bring:





- Proven experience in admissions or sales, ideally within an educational or multi-campus environment, with knowledge of admissions processes and databases.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Strong organisational, analytical and data management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage high volumes of information.
- A proactive, cooperative approach, with the ability to work autonomously and contribute to process improvements.
- Knowledge of international student recruitment and CRICOS requirements.
- A current driver’s licence and
- Hold a current Employment Working With Children Check
