OHM is a locally owned marine business based in beautiful Broome, WA, servicing both commercial and recreational vessels.

We operate a busy retail shop and workshop, supplying marine electronics, Mercury outboards, boating accessories and marine chandlery.

Our team provides installations, servicing and repairs, both in our workshop and at remote locations across the Kimberley. We take pride in delivering quality workmanship, reliable service and looking after our customers.

About the Role

We're looking for a friendly, organised and motivated person to join our team!

This is a wide-ranging, fast-paced role combining customer service, retail sales and office administration. No two days are the same, and you'll be an important part of keeping our day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service.

- Manage customer enquiries, bookings and job scheduling.

- Answer phone calls and respond to emails.

- Assist customers with retail sales and product enquiries.

- Maintain stock levels, organise stock and keep shop displays tidy.

- Assist with ordering parts and supplies.

- Communicate with workshop staff and customers regarding jobs.

- Provide general office and administrative support.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

- Is organised, reliable and takes initiative.





- Has a positive attitude and enjoys solving problems.

- Is confident with computers and technology (Apple experience a bonus).

- Has excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Can multitask and stay organised in a busy environment.

- Can confidently coordinate jobs, staff and customer bookings.

- Has an interest in boats and the marine industry.

- Is a team player who's happy to help wherever needed.

- May not have marine industry experience but is willing to learn!
