About the Role

Backam Group is currently seeking experienced Forklift Freezer Drivers to join a leading pet food manufacturer based in Wetherill Park. This role is ideal for operators with High Reach and Double Deep forklift experience who are comfortable working in a busy-paced cold storage environment.

- $38.00/hr + Super (Day Shift)

- Monday to Friday roster

Available Shifts

- Day Shift: 6:00am - 2:00pm
- Afternoon Shift: 10:00am - 6:00pm
- Night Shift: 12:00am - 8:00am

Key Responsibilities

- Operating High Reach and Double Deep forklifts
- Putaways, replenishment, and stock retrieval
- Working in freezer and cold storage environments
- Loading and unloading trucks
- RF scanning and inventory management
- Accurately moving stock throughout the warehouse




- Following WHS and site safety procedures
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area

Skills & Experience

- Current LF Forklift Licence
- Proven High Reach and Double Deep forklift experience
- Previous cold storage/freezer experience highly regarded
- Robust attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
