This is a leadership and attractive career pathway opportunity that will suit an emerging Estimator who would be motivated to take on the growth of a ‘new-build’ projects division.

You will join a long-established Queensland business who operates in the $1M - $20M commercial works sector covering new build, commercial interiors, refurbishment, fit-out and maintenance sectors, all with repeat clients.

Due to continued success, the time has from for the company to appoint a dedicated ‘new-build’ projects Estimator covering a mix of Education, minor Health and general Commercial projects.

You will join and be supported by a stable, loyal and long-standing group of estimators pricing works in their respective specialties. Works will cover both fully documented and D&C; format, typically on select tender panels and within the SEQ market. This is a 1st principles / full trade measures role – rather than collating subbies prices and adding margin.

A motivated up-and-comer wanting to make a name for themselves would find themselves in an unparalleled career opportunity. Equally,



an experienced estimator would find themselves in a key stakeholder position with opportunity for further incentives. Either way you must demonstrate and have a reputation for being a driven, energetic and a motivated operator.

Preference will be given to individuals possessing experience on a diverse range of commercial and structural refurbishment works between $1M-$20M and who are currently working in a formal estimating capacity in the commercial build / principal contractor market. This does not include Resources and Infrastructure works.

To reward your success, a solid six figure salary package with be offered commensurate on experience.
