You will play a key role supporting the Store Manager in building team culture, driving commercial success, and delivering an exceptional customer experience that reflects the S. Kidman brand.

About the Role
As the Assistant Store Manager, you will support the overall store performance, including sales, customer experience, team leadership, visual merchandising, and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities include:
• Supporting the achievement of sales targets and key business objectives
• Creating an exceptional customer experience and fostering customer loyalty
• Supporting the Store Manager with store operations and team development
• Maintaining visual merchandising and brand presentation standards
• Managing inventory,



stock control, and loss prevention

About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
• Previous experience in a senior retail or assistant manager role within fashion, apparel, lifestyle, or premium retail
• A proven ability to drive sales and operational performance
• Demonstrated ability to take responsibility and work as part of a team as well as independently
• Results-driven mindset
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A passion for customer service and creating memorable retail experiences
