About the role

You'll help customers bring their ideas to life, prepare clear artwork and specifications, and work with offshore factories to keep orders moving smoothly. You'll combine creative design with customer communication and product coordination.

Key responsibilities

- Creating custom headwear and scarf designs using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

- Working with customers on artwork, colours, logos and design revisions.

- Preparing production artwork and specifications, including PMS colours, embroidery, patches and knitted designs.

- Communicating with offshore suppliers about samples, materials and production requirements.

- Coordinating production timelines and following up on order progress.

- Reviewing samples and finished products for quality and accuracy.

- Providing support with marketing graphics, social media content and website updates.

About you

- Experience in apparel or textile design, product development or a related field.

- Robust Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills.

- An understanding of how designs translate into manufactured products.





- Experience communicating with offshore factories, ideally in China.

- Clear communication skills and confidence handling customer feedback.

- Solid, polite customer service skills.

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage several orders at once.

- A practical approach to solving problems and working independently.

- Experience with headwear, knitwear, embroidery or promotional products would be particularly valuable.
